WHAT IS A TECHNICONSULTS RESELLER? A
Techniconsults reseller is an independent sales contractor. He/She
is not an employee of Techniconsults and/or it's subsidiaries or
affiliates. Techniconsults Resellers receive a 20% discount on computer
or computer parts purchases which they may mark up and resell to
their clients.
WHERE DO RESELLERS
GET THEIR CLIENTS? Resellers
maintain their own client database. Techniconsults will not furnish
resellers with any contacts. Resellers are responsible for running
their own business. Techniconsults will not provide service or
support to reseller clients.
WILL YOU EVER CONTACT
MY CLIENTS? Techniconsults
will never contact a reseller's client. If a reseller's client
contacts Techniconsults directly, they will be referred back
to their reseller. However, if a Techniconsults Web Host or Design
reseller does not pay their hosting fees or invoices within 5
days of invoice date, Techniconsults reserves the right to suspend
the Reseller's Accounts or Domains. In the event of account suspension
and the reseller's clients contact Techniconsults directly, they
will
first be refererred
back to their reseller. If they are unable to resolve the issue
and the reseller fails to make payment on the account, Techniconsults
reserves the right to offer the client a hosting or design package.
The reseller waives all recourse in the event of account suspension
due to non-payment and loss of the reseller's client.
WHO PROVIDES SUPPORT
TO RESELLER CLIENTS? You as the
reseller support your clients directly, Techniconsults will support
you 24 hours a day 7 days a week as long as your account is in
good standing.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
TO BECOME A RESELLER? There is
an annual fee of $175 to become a reseller. This covers the expense
of supporting you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It also allows
you a 20% discount on all computers and parts, as well as discounted
pricing on web hosting and design services. This fee is also
to discourage people from signing up as a reseller just to receive
discounted pricing.
Web Host Resellers enjoy discounted
hosting which they may mark up and charge their clients as much
as they desire. Plus, they pay for 10 months of hosting, but actually
get 2 months FREE, they can charge their clients for 12 months
making even more money!
IS THERE A SALES
QUOTA? There is no sales quota.
The $175 annual fee covers our expense for maintaining your account
as well as discourages people from signing up as a reseller just
to get discounted pricing.
CAN I CANCEL AFTER
I SIGN UP? Yes, you may cancel
anytime and receive a pro-rated refund on your hosting meaning
your hosting fees paid will be pro-rated based on a 10 month
plan. (Hosting for resellers actually runs for 12 months, but
you are only charged for 10 months). In other words, say you
cancel 3 months into the program, you will
refunded

months
hosting. Your annual fee, plus any domain registration fees are
non-refundable. If you cancel after registering a new domain,
you still own the rights to that domain and may transfer it as
you desire. Domain Registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
HOW DO I GET STARTED? Complete
the form below. Once we receive your information, we will process
a credit charge in the amount of $175 for your annual membership
to our reseller program. We will then email you a user name and
password. You use our web site to make purchases or set up new
domains, etc... When you login to our website using the user
name and password we provide you, you will see a 20% discount
on computers, parts and accessories. When you login to the Web
Host Reseller area, you will receive the pricing for discounted
web host and design products & services.
Information you enter
on this form is transmitted securely and encrypted for your protection.
In addition, all information you submit is kept confidential
and is
not sold or exchanged to any outside
parties or mailing lists.
Resellers
located in New York State must complete and fax back to us a Reseller
Tax
Exemption form or Sales Tax will be assessed on your orders!
